Recruitment is marketing, that’s what we believe in. What we don’t believe in is just haphazardly running a marketing campaign for a vacancy. Or making a nice video without knowing what triggers your target group. In short, aim your shots carefully. But first focus your aim by really getting to know the target group.
For example, we always start with creating a data-driven Candidate Persona, i.e. target group research. Based on this, we know exactly:

- what their motivations are for a switch;
- which channels they are on;
- And so on.

That depends entirely on the needs and requirements of your target group. This allows us to approach the target group with all kinds of content and on all conceivable channels: from direct mail to Facebook and LinkedIn. All completely tailored to your target group.
This will put and keep you on the radar of your potential employees. Until they are ready for a switch and thus actually apply. Not just success in the short term, but also in the future.
